FC housing and alt characters question

i agree with this interpretation. as long as an FC has 1 account that is not tied to any FC housing, that 1 account can buy an FC house for that FC (if they have the FC permissions to do so).

So if have a Alt on another server and your main on another only one can own a private house. If your main belongs to a fc does that mean your alt can't own a fc house on another server or a private house?. So does that mean there going to steal away housing from your alts and not repay you for your losses?. Won't effect me much have only one alt on different server. Just hope they reimburse players for loss of the house and items they may loose that does own more than one fc or private house or could see them loosing a bunch of players. I Can see this. Find out that a player owns two fc house's and doesn't play much then looses one of house's and all players in that fc also looses all there non movable items and there private rooms.

This only accounts for alts on the SAME server.

I have 8 characters on Gilgamesh. Only ONE of these characters may own a personal house. And only ONE of these characters may own an FC with a house.

I have at least one character on 7 other servers. These rules would allow me to have my Main on Gilgamesh own a house and FC but none of the alts on Gilgamesh. But one of my alts on Balmung can still have ONE personal house and ONE FC house even if I have my main on Gilgamesh also has reached the specified limit. It is limited BY SERVER, so if your alts do not share a server you have nothing to worry about.

The point is to make sure everyone gets at least one kind of house.

And they don't target people who actually use multiple houses. The have their eyes on people who buy plots only so they can sell it at an inflated price.
