W'mhelgo Hena @ Cedarwood (new NPC, another 7th Umbral Era secret event?)

FFXIV has been having issues where mobs don't despawn when they're supposed to and suddenly become viewable by everyone, but no one can perform any actions on them. See this thread. I wouldn't be surprised if the same happened to this NPC.

Faction NPCs are spawning randomly...but don't seem to trigger anything. It's just like the GM reporters spawning at cities as NPC and asking for 3 mole meat in exchange of 20 fireworks.

I've been noticing Flame Sergeants standing around at Halatali too.

Those I believe they are Grand Company Sergeants who'll watch over you while you do the test to become a Sergeant Third Class.

No it's the one you protect for the Company leve there, same getup, midlander hyur, and there have sometimes been two within several feet of each other. The guy for the promotion rank is a Highlander and he's reaaaally far from the aetheryte node and the leve locations.

She is a faction npc for sure and she wears some sexy leopard skin gears....I want!!!
