I had thought you were referring to that census so I figured you might have been referring to the inactive numbers - either way, I think the highest population servers (other than Balmung) are probably pretty close

Agreed. By the Lucky Bancho active numbers, Behemoth was higher than Gilgamesh, but it was only by a couple hundred and that probably shifted a bit with the release of Ultimate since that came out after the last census. Of course, the OP did update the fact that they're not on Behe anymore so it's kind of a moot point from there in relation to the conversation in the thread.
