Ah but don't you remember? Monk was brought for one fight one time because people were undergeared and needed the tiny defensive boost from Mantra! Therefore, monk is fine for now and always. Glaring rotational problems due to riddle of fire? Bizarre and unreliable mechanics like riddle of earth and brotherhood? A laughably neutered rotation that leaves no room for optimization? All of those don't matter 'cause monk was brought to Brute Justice and Neo Exdeath for Mantra once.

Seriously though, Monk is the only job in the game to have fewer abilities in their rotation now than when ARR came out. Even if you wanna include Elixir Field and TFC (lol nobody includes tornado kick), Monk *still* has fewer buttons today than when 2.0 came out (losing Impulse Drive [yes it was technically a DPS gain up until like 2.1], Touch of Death, and Fracture).
Oh uh, back on topic for the main thread:
No changes to Monk, as predicted. Some tiny nerf to ninja, an out-of-nowhere buff to dragoon, and some QoL change for black mage is my guess.
