My immediate guess would be these are just Free Company airships under a different name instead of something you physically control.

Can't say I love the idea of them shoving emotes and etc on running old dungeons 100+ times.
When the veteran rewards changed recently, they announced things being obtainable via achievements in game more now. In this interview they say 90% in game and 10% cash shop locked. I don't think the comment specifically state everything will be earned via old dungeons.
I would think it would be sort of like now. Gold Saucer has different things, but if you don't like gold saucer, you don't have to do it. Same for raids, same for old dungeons. I am glad that we can possibly earn more things in game. I won't be subbed for every special event or spend a ton of money in the cash shop. Makes the sub actually feel better for me personally.
Woah woah woah. Underwater Wards....

Yep. It was more him and Fujita spit balling:
Quote:
Fujita: It'd be really great to see a reward, an achievement, or something running older content. Tie it to per-job basis so more runs in total happen. Maybe even leveling roulette.
Yoshi: Good idea. I think we would have to set the bar high, like 100 completions of a dungeon. By the way, there are some notorious dungeons that are old content which may be a bit of nuisance for people trying this...
So was Yoshi talking about aurum vale?
I despair at reddit. The sane comment that we don't need this stuff when there's a lot of other issues that should come first, even UI issues or optional issues, gets downvoted to heck, while everyone is happy that Yoshi is saying such absurd things. Can you imagine needing to call people to the crafting area in your FC house for two different vehicles, both of which might make different crafts?
