DoH/L still retain cross class skills; unavailable on DoW/M classes.

As a THM, you'll gain access you abilities such as Addle, Break, Drain, etc.

It's true, the DoH and DoL still retain the Additional Tab because the share cross skills function is still working.
They revamp the DoW/ DoM skills entirely so it no longer has additional tab. The Action and Trait tabs are class/job specific. The role tab may share common skills that one or two classes can use (for example protect for all healer jobs/classes). The way unlocking the Role skills are based on your current class level. So let's say you are playing lv 31 THM it will unlock 6 Role Skills while your lv 16 Conjurer only unlock 3 Role Skills.
