Moogle PGL Party Strategy Translation

Positive change to "Archer ONLY" parties :) - I wouldnt mind trying this fight with PGLs.

as a PUG during early Darkhold day, I just wanna say, PUG LOVE!

As much as I loved the strategy, appreciate the effort of both the original guy and the translator, and do agree it goes against the common party setups, changing from ARC onry to PGL onry is still class stacking at it's finest.

On a tangential note, it's interesting that the pug's skill names sound much more monk-like in Japanese.
紅蓮 = crimson lotus and 金剛＝ vajra (symbol of indestructible truth in buddhism)

rather than just fists of fire and earth lol.

The localization team should just change the English name of the class to spellfist to go along with these changes.

Some people say this setup is starting to become popular, but maybe it's just me. Nevertheless, PGLs have been neglected by the community since the Darkhold days, so I thought I'd prove there's no problem in fighting this fight with PGLs (and not just PGLs but LNC and MRD too).

Last few days I have been doing runs with LNC/MRD/PGL DDs and 0 ARCs, just for fun, killing whiskerwall 3rd. Also 1 healer. Any setup works really once everyone knows how to avoid damage

And actually LNC destroys ARC in damage potential... MRD/PGL probably do as well but its a bit too easy to miss a combo with the moogles running around/changing directions constantly

check out the SS that is posted in the OP. 4 PGL in that screenie... that is class stacking.

I don't have anything against class stacking and no matter what way you slice it, with only 7 classes you will need at least 2 of something (healer would be the obvious since there is only one class that can).

I'd be interested in an LS making a kill video (full kill vid) of LNC, PGL, MRD, GLA, THM, ARC, CON CON party - that would shut some people up :D
