Well also, ARR is the base game. It added significantly more area/content/story than HW/SB, which are expansions. I think it's reasonable for a base game to give more CE rewards than expansions.

Well I did see a Sydra the other day, looks nice but not my particular "taste" so to say. Though seeing one glide by on land is a little amusing to say the least.
