Are There Any Elbow Length Gloves for Females?

The Witch outfit someone mentioned earlier is actually really reasonably priced unlike 99% of the other stuff on the mogshop. Its 5USD for the entire Witch set, which also have some long boots with them. Comes with a cute hat and the body piece as well, which you might like since its rather revealing. Its one of the few pairs of elbow length plain gloves that I can think of.

While I was looking at that set not too long ago I don't really want to spend money for a dorky project. Especially since the outfit is only for one character and not account wide. :(

You can, the piece it is glamoured to just has to be caster gear that is level 60 or higher.

Gah, I haven't even made it through the Heavensward content yet. I don't even want to think about the Stormblood crafting gear.

The Nomad gear (level 65) also has a couple of elbow length gloves:

Nomad's Armguards of Fending
Nomad's Armguards of Maiming
Nomad's Armguards of Scouting
Nomad's Armguards of Aiming
Nomad's Armguards of Casting

Otherwise you can get the "Tigerskin gloves":

Tigerskin Fingerless Gloves of Gathering
Tigerskin Armguards of Healing
Tigerskin Armguards of Casting

The lowest ones i know, which a level 20-ish archer can use, would be:
