You can run them all with four competent peeps unsynced. There will still be mechanics that can't be ignored, even with level 70s coming along particularly in turns 5, 9, and 13.
It really isn't that hard to find people to run these things. You just have to put it out there that you're interested or no one will ever know.
Alternatively, if you actually care about old content and want to do it properly, you can check out the Eccentricity Discord guild. We have events every day focusing on old school content and challenge runs, including Synced/MinIL Coils. Our runs are always tagged with our guild name so keep an eye out for us ;)
