I posted a gif with a character saying Nope 4x times and I got temp banned, but Enigma for some reason is still spamming troll threads. I wonder how does he/she do it?

This forum is already filled with different types of useless posts, mostly from the same person. Many times just complaints after complaints, and it's either for a "reaction" or attention.
