because in their point of view, since you augmented the item, it stops being a "mistakenly purchased item" because you clearly knew what that item was when you went to augment it. At lease you know you messed up, unfortunately, since you didn't catch it on time before you augmented the item, they will not assist you. I went through the same thing. But i was like w/e i just have to grind the currency again. no big deal, gives me something to do in game.Quote:
