This sounds like something someone who doesn't want other people spamming the launcher to try and get in as soon as servers are up so they have less people to contend with for houses would say!

its probably best as soon as you get in to start fromthe bottom and go up on the list of wards to check availability of plots. as for logging in click as fast as you can soon as the servers re-open cause there will be delays and a server que. godspeed everyone may lady luck be on your side this day

If you dont care about the plot or anything and just want something, shoot for a ward in the 3-10 range, go straight to the subdivision rather then the front part of the ward, and youll have the best odds. Of course, this depends on your server. The last housing expansion was sold out in minutes on some servers, and still had openings a week later on others. Good luck(unless youre on my server and want my lot)!

Blacklists will be used,that's for sure.

Logging out in kugane is pretty silly since it's going to be the most populated zone.

It'd be even sillier not to log out in Kugane, if one is trying to get one of the Shirogane houses (outside of the ward 1 plots), since you can only travel to Shirogane from the Kugane aetheryte or the Kugane ferry NPC.

People that logged out at Aetheryte or Pier ain't aim for 1st ward though,Probably 2nd - 5th wards.
