Just got off the phone with SE accounts and all they got to say about this is to contact C&B and UP. I have contacted those before I contacted SE and guess what? they said to contact SE.
Really an unnecessary hassle to pay for on online game
It would be a C&B and UP issue since they are the ones not accepting your money
Didn't you know? When you don't get cheese on your double double (In-N-Out for those who don't know) after you ask for it it's SE's fault too? Get with the times~
The reason they say to contact SE is because UP and C&B won't take the blame if anything is wrong, kind of like Paypal told me to contact Ebay when they were the ones messing up. If you're doing it during the maintenence, there's your problem, otherwise it's not exactly SE's fault if Ultimate Pay doesn't work for you because SE doesn't own it, Playspan does to my knowledge.
Yeah I thought they would have figured something out, especially for the ones who really want to stay and play. :/ Hope they fix this soon. Hassle free payment system is honestly a make or break deal for me at least.
