There is a minimum value they will stop at after a length of time if not purchased. However the values are all the same, server to server. Starting price, as well as minimal price don't vary between NA and EU servers.Quote:

OP clearly didn't realize that the most expensive plot in Shirogane is not actually first grade, which doesn't make it 50 mil.

You wont see them ever reach the minimum value as they get bought shortly after releasing as there isn't currently enough for everyone who wants one. And Shirogane Plot 30 is a grade 3 hence the 45m price tag.
I just assumed the current listed prices in game were just ballpark numbers. The real price has always been what they had in the notes.
No these are simply the prices for all grades of houses and Shirogane simply does not have the highest one thus you will not see the price of 50m in the district. So dont worry OP the highest amount is still 45m. :)
50M in patch notes refers to grade 1 plot. Plot 3 in Shirogane is not a grade 1 plot.
