Thank you for the comprehensive list. Seems thin on content though :/
Based on this it seems like 1.23 might have something in it worth paying for maybe? I guess it all depends on one's own standard what you personally consider a sizeable patch. No word on food unless it's included in the usual recipe tweaks.
