Moggle Mog isn't technically a Primal, he's just the King of the Moogles. Moogles are a beast-tribe, so they probably do have a Primal. They just haven't summoned it. (The summoning of a Primal makes the tribe aggressive towards humans, so we can assume Moogles, Sylphs, and Goblins have not summoned their Primal)

The goblin primal is Titan.

There is no guarantee that any Beast tribe must worship a Primal. However, any Beast tribe that worships a Primal come into conflict with the Five Races because the Five (and maybe even Garleans) worship the Twelve. Goblin, Moogle, Sylph and Qiqirn are friendly with the Five Races, so they may not worship any Primal at all.

They got a hnm already but there are 12 primals so it is a possibility
