Yup! It's incredible, specially with the furniture that would break upon removal. I must be honest: The storage room is the bees' knees. Dude, you have no idea how much I've flooded my retainers with furniture I don't use. Or how many times I had to re-craft a food furniture because they break when you remove them. I'm, however, a bit concerned because I'm on Balmung. Getting a house will be harder than super savage. Like your response above, I'm also memorized and practice a route to get there as quick as possible. Hopefully I don't end up homeless. D:

I read the post as I was just waking up, so I apologize if I missed SE saying this outright, but does relocation apply to different housing sizes?

If, for instance, I want to relocate to a medium plot in Shirogane, would I be able to do so given that I currently own a small plot (provided I have the money, of course)?

Yes, there's some conditions but you can relocate to any plot.

Nice. I am hoping to upgrade to a medium house in Lavender beds when people relocate to Shirogane. I don't care for the far east look and love the forest.

I have everything I need memorized to grab the plot I'd like our little FC to have. Luckily I have solid internet & I play on PC so I have a bit of an advantage; but not always. I'm also lucky that the Aether I need to port to looks right at the plot so I could easily jump to another ward if the 1st 1 I pick isn't available.

Depending on your build you can potentially have faster loading times than anyone else. That plus stable internet? No worries then. This was how I lucked out with my house on the last Ward release. I was able to load into the ward I wanted before anyone else and had my pick of the litter.

Quicker load times if you have a good gaming PC. My old PC was taking 2-5 mins to load areas. Consoles also load slower than good PCs.
