While I like the idea, I don't necessarily agree, because I know as a DRG I am usually right on a tank's tail immediately after my opener where TP is not an issue. So I would only be using it for the enmity loss, and if I were to die for some reason while it's on CD and there is no Goad or BRD/MCH to be found, I wasted the skill for nothing.
Though to be fair, I only really use diversion at the beginning of a pull or when new adds spawn in a raid environment because my Elusive Jumps keep my enmity down, but that is DRG specific. In dungeons I use it on every mass mob pull to make it one less thing for the tanks to worry about even though I know keeping hate is not as much of a challenge anymore.

Sure, go for it. In exchange, how about removing the dumb, latency-punishing mechanics of Surecast and replacing them with the nullifying barrier of Arm's Length? Thanks!

I don't necessarily think this is needed diversion is fine as someone stated I rarely use invigorate unless I'm going to use alot of aoes which but in progression content it's like almost unnecessary for my DRG I just pop diversion on my opener to avoid ripping hate but this shouldnt be an issue in content with two tanks that's what shirk is for I always encourage OTs to carry shirk it's not only for tank swaps.....
Also I lean more on the tanks becuase dps with latwncy issues have enough trouble weaving Ogcds and gcds so it's easier for the tank to just do it where is a dps will be punished dps wise trying to hurry up and invigorate before the tank losses argro but that's just my two cents

As a tank i'd like this. SAM enmity in a no-NIN groups is always a pain, esp. when things go wrong and tanks die, losing accumulated aggro lead.
