the npcs near the big tree in the 3 cities will direct you to hyrstmill, there you speak with the guy who made you throw snowballs at father frost, find some glowing targetable objects on the ground, watch a cs then talk to the old man again to complete the quest and receive the normal dragon kabuto. I believe to get the other 3 you have to talk to the npcs near the big christmas trees in each town. I talked to the one in Ul'dah and got the gold kabuto.

Is there only going to be one Lodestone avatar with the blue helmet? For the Easter and Halloween events there was a different avatar for each egg hat/pumpkin hat, but so far I've only seen the Dragon Kabuto as people's avatars. I've been holding off on getting the gold/black ones (picked up the red by accident since I didn't realize just talking to the NPC in Limsa would do it) so I could see all the different avatars on my profile page, but that doesn't seem to be happening for anyone.
