The right side isn't sold from npc, so you might want to get from Zhloe or red scrips.
Btw red scrips collectibles isn't limited per week, it just has 2000 cap.

I do Zhloe for master books and grade IV/V materias.
Don't need so many but saving for rainy day.

Ishgard Muffins for leve turn ins as well as a collectable in Mor Dohner w/e. Making muffins and doing moogles I hit 60 in two days casual play.
