kind of hard to say that, they never said it was wrong, and seeing as how hard the fight can be, it might of been a legit way of doing it (of course SE fixed it) anyone remember divine might? wiping on the stairs was just part of it.

I've played with a few of them and got murdered cause they didn't know where to run on cracks during ifrit. It wouldn't surprise me if they couldn't beat moogles without the exploit at least for awhile.

Moogle fight can easily be completed by a competent party without wipe and hate reset. IMO wiping actually makes the fight harder and the risk of failure is higher then having a good party. My static group has well over 30 wins on moogle. Not everyone is weak and needs the "exploit" d-.-b

How could anyone suggest that of a group that rates as high as "as f**k" on the legitimacy scale? I mean, that's one notch below the supreme rank of "2 legit 2 quit."

As people love to say on these forums:

FFXIV is not FFXI. Sadly -- However I've done Divine Might numerous times that didn't require wiping, and even then XI's mechanics were different from XIV in regards to wipes, sometimes wipes happens but in no way did it alter the battlefield like the moogle one does.
