How does deltascape 1.0 enrage at 5:32?

I just edited my post, but basically, Charybdis still thinks your HP is boosted by Troubadour.

It almost happened to my static on the first week, but thankfully it only killed our BRD (lol) because server ticks hate him. It also almost happened last week.

BRD: -starts laughing after Charybdis finishes cast- I almost killed us~
Me: Yeah, I saw that Troubadour.
BRD: -Cackles-

Nah, it's just bad timing. This has been a thing that would only happen to WAR's with a badly timed Thrill of Battle (or a badly timed Vitality Potion).

Omega is a surprisingly buggy raid. O4 normal also has a weird thing going on with an odd chance to slaughter you with a 48k+ hit with the party wide blizzard 3 if you get frozen. Its straight up just a mystery.

There's no mystery here though.

You have say 60,000Hp in WAR Defiance.
Charybdis removes 99%ish of your HP. WAR is about to take 59kish damage.
If WAR removed Defiance during the spell cast his total HP would drop to 50,000ish
WAR then dies to the 59k damage hit from Charybdis. (Can't mitigate percentage damage.)


Same thing would happen with Thrill of Battle, Vit Potion, Troubadour, etc.

Yeah, I had that happen once. Got caught in Blizzard 3, moved to get out bit took like 38k damage for no reason and died. Lol.

^ I too died multiple times one night, even if i was moving for whatever reasons i got damage and died.
The servers have also been wonky as hell again lately

BLM can kill themselves same way using convert during Charybdis.

Knew it was Charybdis the moment u typed the damage everyone took. the amount was too specific to the amount of HP has in total.
If everyone took more equal dmg, then Id think it was an enrage.
