Yah, just saying, I use brass rings but I'd assume bone rings would be the same.

My LTW is lvl 40

I try to meld materia I into the gloves lvl 20

1st is 100%
2nd is 28%

I dont think it is about my LTW lvl that effect this ?

the level of the gear is what determines the % for lower quality materia

so that mean gear lvl 40 with materia III have higher chance for success than gear for materia I ?
