Nyzul-esque dungeon

Count another in the "Nyzul was the best event" group.

I love these ideas, and I'm sure we will get content like this, but the standard answer as in wait till 2.0 seems to be the way things are going, but that's not bad.

I'd like a system like this and the ability to have it scale based on party size. I would like for players to challenge it with 2, 4, and 8 man groups. For solo players, a content queue system would be nice for players who want to queue up for a run, and then be grouped with a "smart party" - party that's organized automatically but balanced.

Now, this might be a pipe dream, but I'm a big fan of queuing up for events, but that might be apart of their cross server queue event plan. Anyway, looking forward to it. :)

Assaults and Nyzul Isle assault was some of the best content that FFXI had. I had a lot of fun with them. =)

Nyzul Isle was a great time! My ls had fun with it and would regularly run ppl thru 1-100 just cause we enjoyed it. Would love an MMM sortta option too, that was always great fun for lvling. Made the grind alot easier to handle. 1-11 solo, 12-75 MMM on brd lol. Those are 2 of the things I miss most from xi

I never did much MMM but i loved the music. And yes, nyzul was the best 35 min xi fix (5 min to shout/make pt).

BRING IT BACK!!! i love Nyzul Isle was the best peice of endgame in ffxi. only reason i would go back to ffxi would be because of it. Don't forget about the mystisc weapon skills u had to unlock by so many kills depend on what floor u had reached.

Nice to see this support, and it would be cool if the crystal tower would be similar if that is the case a dev post clarifying what they can would be nice, also i remember those weponskills, sucked when I was trying to get drakesbane on floor 40 lol but when I got to 100 went fast, I wouldnt want an exact port becasue the complainers will get in.

yea weapon skills where a bitch to get but i so think drakebanes was worth it when ya got it, just the pride feeling u got when u unlocked it like. :) i dont mind WS not coming back in, if they do that's just a bouns.
