PLD- Literally perfect.
WAR- Higher overall damage outside of its Inner Release window, to make up for its lack of utility and lower the importance of the Inner Release window itself. Not sure how this'd be accomplished, though.
SAM- Also literally perfect. Probably the best-designed DPS job in the game in terms of how well it flows and how good it feels to use, imo.
DRG- Battle Litany increases crit rate and damage by 20%. Increased range on Dragon Sight.
SMN- jesus christ
NIN- Probably fine, although I'd like it if I could weave Mudras between GCDs. The job doesn't need any more love though.
These are just the classes I have some kind of significant experience with.

After playing MCH more, I'm only lvl 65, I have to say I find it a little more fun. I didn't expect new animations for the Heated Shots. Just thought they would be upgraded damage. The new animations look really cool tho. I still wish they would get rid of the turrets and I would like Wildfire to be a DoT that did damage over time and then exploded for the total damage it did wile it was in effect. Not sure if you are supposed to be purposefully overloading your Gauss Barrel or not so I just try not to.
