Your macro has enough room for poor protection. If you put "/ac "Tricks Of The Trade" <wait.4>" like Kat did before the Ingenuity II line, it will catch any potential excellents and keep BB from landing on a poor.

I just wanted to say thank you. Got my CRP to 70 and melded my accessories and this rotation worked perfectly for the 2*!
Specialist Rotation I've come up with, 100% all NQ mats.
1394 craftsmanship, 1240 control, 522 CP (WITH HQ tempura and tea)
/ac "Initial Preparations" <wait.3>
/ac "Comfort Zone" <wait.2>
/ac "Inner Quiet" <wait.2>
/ac "Specialty: Reflect" <wait.3>
/ac "Steady Hand II" <wait.2>
/ac "Piece by Piece" <wait.3>
/ac "Piece by Piece" <wait.3>
/ac "Prudent Touch" <wait.3>
/ac "Prudent Touch" <wait.3>
/ac "Prudent Touch" <wait.3>
/ac "Manipulation II" <wait.2>
/ac "Comfort Zone" <wait.2>
/ac "Observe" <wait.3>
/ac "Focused Touch" <wait.3>
/echo Macro #1 complete <se.1>
/ac "Observe" <wait.3>
/ac "Focused Touch" <wait.3>
/ac "Observe" <wait.3>
/ac "Focused Touch" <wait.3>
/ac "Observe" <wait.3>
/ac "Focused Touch" <wait.3>
/ac "Steady Hand II" <wait.2>
/ac "Great Strides" <wait.2>
/ac "Innovation" <wait.2>
/ac "Ingenuity II" <wait.2>
/ac "Byregot's Blessing" <wait.3>
/ac "Observe" <wait.3>
/ac "Focused Synthesis" <wait.3>
/ac "Observe" <wait.3>
/echo Macro #2 complete <se.1>
/ac "Focused Synthesis" <wait.3>
/ac "Observe" <wait.3>
/ac "Focused Synthesis" <wait.3>
/echo Macro #3 complete <se.14>
Comfort Zone, Steady Hands, Innovation, Brygots Blessing, Ingenuity for the necessary cross-class skills.
The simulator seems a little off with the craftsmanship numbers, I did my process with 5 less craftsmanship and it failed the first time, even though I should have succeeded in the simulator (simulator says 3548 with 1389 craft, 1394 gives me 3543 exactly in game).
For those with less craftsmanship you could always change the focused touches to basics to add some progress steps to the end.
I want to protect that Blessing but I'm not sure how to without losing the synthesis game though.
Looks good Hanmerrborn! You should check out the thread @ http://forum.square-enix.com/ffxiv/t...%29-Specialist
Tesla posted a weird but awesome rotation for specialist for 100% using only NQ Tempura. But glancing at your CP quoted I'm wondering if you don't have max CP?
Also I added my macro for NQ Tempura No RNG 100% HQ with 2000 Quality. I'm using this rotation most of the time since it gets the job done very well with no RNG and poor protection without any consequences.
That's one of the things I'm getting worried about. It used to be you could manage to get your whole macro off before the queue finished, but the way things are going you're almost guaranteed to miss your queue unless you abandon ship. Which is why for the first time I started packing reclaim.
