Same problem here. I've submitted it the the Geforce Experience, I hope they get this fixed.
Same here, will showing in GeForce Experience before a fresh driver install to try and fix the Fatal 1100002 error and ffxiv_d11.exe crashes : ( Reporting to Nvidia too.
