I feel you are taking the text of the eligibility too literally. Yes, meet the conditions during. As in, if you pre-ordered SB and registered it before, guess what? By July 1st, you have SB registered.

Yeah, I was surprised too on July 1st when I didn't see all the Falcon mounts on Tumblr XD. I wish we could get the mount sooner, but at least I have put two 60 day game time cards on my account, hopefully I'll receive it when they send them out.
