I had very little problem during early access and launch itself, aside from expected server instability and queues, this has only just began occuring yesterday. However, to answer your other questions; it is just myself & my partner on our internet (who also plays; he has luckily yet to encounter the same problem). Our bandwidth is notoriously terrible, however, we have little issue when other devices are not connected to our internet, thus clearing up the bandwidth, but it appears that these sudden issues have come out of left field and are not related to our ISP. I play on PS4 and have set the console so that it did not do automatic updates in the middle of play; however I think this probably prevents me from using a VPN as others are doing to circumvent the issue.

[as an update:] I have sent off a ticket too for response, so I suppose we'll see if I get a response.
