About the looks of the new raid gear

It's actually based on the Genji sets, popular in the franchise. This was explained during the "Live letter" in the past E3. The Eorzea Collection 2017 video already showcased these sets. Personal opinion: I don't like them. I wanted some high fantasy themed gear to match the whole concept of Omega. Hopefully the next raid tier is going to be different.

I'll get some hate for this but... I actually like the new gear. I main WHM and I'm such a fan of the set, just not the hat. Glamour is the true end game anyway, right :D

The worst part about these sets is that they are direct copy/pastes of eachother with very minor differences.

The second worst part is said copy/paste makes everyone look like a Samurai, we do not want to look like a Samurai if we are not playing as a Samurai.

If you thought the dreadwyrm hat of casting was bad, then the omega healer hat would like to speak with you sir.
