Hunts. the tiger and the out of hand early pulling.

Its also called The Hunt, not the find mob and wait for everyone and their sister to show up.

If they're gonna do that, forced level sync then. That I think would be better to slow down the kill times, while also keeping them available for 50/60 players.

Squeenix's official stance is that all hunt content is free for all, first come first served. If a player (and their group, where applicable) believe they are capable of handling the given target, they are fully free to pull at their own discretion. This whole "relaying the <pos> through hunt shells" thing is a purely player-driven phenomenon, Squeenix has said on multiple occasions that it "goes against the spirit of the content" and thus they frown on it (although they'd never actually step in and stop it, for obvious reasons).

"Early pulling" isn't a thing, has never been a thing, and never will be a thing. If you weren't there when it was pulled, you were late and your impotent rage is laughable.

This. My friends and I came across a SB A rank today and relayed it in our FC and hunt linkshells. Ten minutes later, there wasn't even enough people there to form a full party. We waited ten more minutes and some more people trickled in, so we pulled it. People had 20 minutes to get there after we called it, and still complained it was pulled early.

Do you think there should be more achievements that most players can never hope to accomplish in this game? Other games? Any game?

It's almost like that's the actual definition of an achievement.

While I agree that it's rather annoying that they get pulled, and killed, rather quickly, I understand that they are FFA. Just need to be able to get into a good linkshell that will help you be able to get to the fast...mind you, I don't have a linkshell I am part of for hunts...which I should remedy if I want to do more of them...

It's almost like hunts never die down after a couple weeks and sit up for a while before enough people show up to kill em.
