I try avoid ss myself if it is possible because it not affect your ogcd skills like fester, death flare, akh morn and will it mess up your wyrmwave waving? I dont really know stat weight for it. It is also possible it is good stat, but without any data I would not stack it at all.
Crit scales terribly right now. If anything it should be DH > DET > CRIT > SKS. Unless you can get 3500 combined Crit + DH with many melds and possibly overmelds then just focus Direct Hit and meld whatever for the other slots. Stats all around are pretty close together except DH is better than everything by a lot.
