I think they should have FC-First Housing. Time delay private purchases. It helps the greatest number of people because
- FC's have more than one person to benefit from housing
- Helps to alleviate some of the issues with 1 account buying up all the lots on alts for resale -

The only thing that would accomplish is a lot of shell FCs holding onto plots until they can swap them to personal housing.

I mean we went from having a 3 hour queue, to having a half an hour queue. I would say we thinned out. A LOT. But yes I'm very very aware of the housing situation on Balmung.
