To be honest they should make malefic 3 the level 62 skill, minor arcana (lord qnd lady card) for level 64 then the earthly star as level 66.

Its a little bit underwhelming when you reach level 62 you got this grandeur visual and animation earthly star then you reach level 64 and you got another generic skill to spam
