Asumed science would get here at some point with all the genetic engenering research they were doing for years, thou personally thought stuff as far as DNA manipulation on a visual/large scale was not gona be seen till I was somewere arounf 80. If it becomes avalible for general poppulation & is "real" I doubt it will phase me, I might get a shocked look a few times but I'm more worried about ppl try'n to harm me for personal gain than some random going Neko-sapian for lol's.
Because Science is currently putting all their efforts into fixing more pressing issues, like server instability due to congestion and instance crashes.
Hum... for or against, I expect this to happen anyway for real, it is just a matter of time. Will it take 10 or 50 years, as a commercial product (after all there are already weird surgery requests) of after an accident similar to science-fiction (activists who are against and make it happens to prove they were right), I could not say but definitly it will happens. Why? Think about magic : all magics, human try to use technology to make it real. And this one doesn't seem to me to be the most difficult.
That would honestly be kinda scary to look at...and how would they make it? Lol

Ask if she'd like to dress up in bed, suggest cat ears and draw whiskers via make up

Buy her a cat tail plug and hope she doesn't freak out and beat your ass.
