I guess I don't see any point in these types of threads. There's no excuse, no point in defending their mistakes, no point in complaining about legitimate complaints, and telling people to stop holding SE accountable for this stuff isn't doing anyone any favors. We have had players form lines for seasonal events before. Why in the world would they set up the same recipe for failure for an expansion launch knowing how less the traffic a seasonal event has by comparison?

It has been like 36 hours. I HAVE done other things. I did a lot of other things. I am tired of doing other things, and would like to use my weekend to participate in the Early Access I pre-ordered the goddamned game for.

I re-subbed to try and catch up before the SB early access launch. I got close, but the maintenance cut me off. It took me nearly an entire day to do ONE dungeon because the instance servers were so completely destroyed that I couldn't do pre-SB content.
Now, I'm on SB content. Except, I can't do that, and it's gotten WORSE.
I cannot run PoTD.
I cannot run PvP.
I cannot zone out because I might just get 90002'd.
I can't do anything but level RDM (and not do their class quests because they're instanced and I'd get 90002'd. Nice job!) on 50-56 FATEs.
For over 24 hours, and counting.
And the only thing we've been told by Square is "Please try again later, we're not really doing anything about it lol." To top it all off: We're now learning that beating Susanoo can literally just break your character.

I have ABSOLUTELY no reason to believe that it won't get WORSE on Tuesday when the people who didn't pre-order start flooding the servers and Raughban.

I want a minion of Raubahn's arm (like the tentacle minion from Haulbreaker) that stands up on its stump and balls its fist and starts to extend its middle finger just a pixelated blur goes over to cover the gesture. That would be the most epic of minions.

You obviously have very little experience with an MMO. And calling the game "garbage" doesn't make you look very bright. If you think it's garbage then oh lord, why would you invest money in garbage?

Here's my advice:

1. Chill
2. Exercise patience
3. Go outside and see the sun

Of course the situation sucks. We've all experienced it.

But b**ching about it on a forum all the time will do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to fix it.

It's called feedback. Not all feedback is good. This is a lesson in life that should be learned early on.

i am pretty sure zied means these issues with bottlenecking the story behind instances people can't launch and the connection errors and also bricking your character when you try to do a primal fight is garbage, not the game itself.

I find it kind of moronic to see someone consistently complain about something that is out of their control.

First world problems i suppose. Video game rage

This launch is nowhere near as bad as World of Warcraft Warlords of Draenor.

While you guys complain about being stuck on the main story quest, I got SAM and RDM to level. Poetics and wolf marks to grind for gear.
