Ive been 90k error alot too when trying to do potd.
watch out for floor 91 in potd every time go to enter get black screen then 90006 error then spent 30 minutes trying to log back in.
I was locked out trying to do the 1st Samurai quest against the old guy. Haven't been able to log in for 2 hours now. It seems any instance can trigger it.
