There is nothing wrong with more variety. This would be a nice addition. I also agree with the character customization idea.

Honestly it is a temp outfit, and it is very old-school. That was what I wore in 1.0. Maybe they thought it had been long enough they decided to bring it back, but meh. It is temporary, and who is to say they will not add more later on that have collars.
