You mean WoW? Legion and WoD also had first day issues as well. I know because I was there.

lol that's stupid question but yea I have obviously played mmos during expansion times and you know what if a free to play game can have an emergency maintenance immediately a game that has a monthly fee should definitely want to do the same the whole day has went by and they have waited for everything to fix itself...

The "MMO That Shall Not Be Named" only got it right after five other tries, and only because they ruined open world content with constantly changing instances of the same zones.

oh but don't you see? this all apart of their "grand plan" they want to see alot of people get mad at their shitty servers and congestion.. that's why they are encouraging everyone to kill the high population servers and re-supply the smaller emptier servers.. -__- and so far they are succeeding in their plan cause i am hearing of multiple people saying they are going to leave Balmung and Gilgamesh to be able to "play an enjoy the expansion" without worrying over ques..
but you know what is going to happen? those servers will then become congested and have the same problems we face now.. so nothing will change either way feels like SE is just trolling now.
