Why is Rhalgr's Reach Music

I dunno but I just reached it (no pun intended) and I love it!

It's not. It's the Ala Mhigan anthem, "The Measure of His Reach", a tribute to Rhalgr the Destroyer. The occupying Garlean forces rewrote it as "The Measure of Our Reach" to drive in the point of their conquest, but it was Ala Mhigo's first.
