Just contact support.

I can't speak for anyone else, but my experience with support (at least on the EU side) has always been to the point and quick. Never had any issues. It's definitely worth a try.


Edit: Try live support if you can. It's much faster than waiting on an e-mail, and that way if they need clarification on anything you can just do it right then and there rather than waiting on a back-and-forth process.

I don't know how to access live support. I did submit a ticket via the Square Enix Online Store, so... I guess we'll see. My own experiences with SE support have been extremely delayed and frustrating, so I dunno. @_@

You (we) have only activated the Early Access code, not the full game code which Normal or Collector edition is tied to.
The full game code will be sent out closer to release date.
