Yda and Moenbryda questions [spoilers]

I immediately thought about Moenbryda, too, but I guessed she was in on it as everyone knew about the switch but never spoke on it for Lyse's sake. Without knowing Lyse's age verses Moen's (or Urianger, whom Moen was childhood friend's with and was in a near romance with) it's hard to say whether the genuine friendship was initially with Yda or Lyse, but their were practically family either way.

If anything, it's pretty obvious the Circle of Knowing crew cared about Yda and Lyse enough to humor Lyse while she dealt with her sister's loss, particularly Papalymo's mentorship of her. It has me wondering quite a bit about Papalymo and real Yda's relationship before she past away.

Have you all been paying attention to the timbre shift between the voice acting and text dialogue for the Stormblood narrator, versus that of 2.0 to 3.XX Yda, and 3.56+ Lyse as I have? With the understanding I have only just now reached the first dungeon and am only L62?

YdaLyse always presented to me, as either a good-hearted airhead living in the moment (or an idiot savant)(or, for more modern terms, perhaps a flavor of autism) - but the voiced narrator for Stormblood - Lyse's voice (?) - is presenting a tired, careworn, and very introspective/thoughtful "survivor" persona , which implies forced personality change and growth - and also, that the narrator survives to the end of this release, to give that thoughtful "it's over and done" narrative.

Or have I mis-identified that voice as being Lyse's voice?

Lyse in the quests still presents plenty of Yda-style airheaded moments, have no fear. It's possible that in providing the narrative, she's trying her best to stay focused and serious. If they're her memoirs, or whatever, she'd want to put in the extra effort to get them right for posterity.
