Don't DF extreme trials or raids (except the 24 man raids those are fine) this is a MAJOR psa. The people who know how to clear/want to quickly clear for the book/ interested in taking new people through for bonus are going to be looking/setting up groups through PF (party finder). Don't do it through DF, I'm saving you hours of wasted time and mental torture, save yourself, it's not worth it trust me, I did some EX primal through DF and it transformed me into a jaded, grumpy healer :(
Every Tuesday, folks get a new "Wondrous Tails" book which includes two random Coil runs as entries. If you advertise a party in Party Finder, and mention that you're going to run unsynced for WT, your party will fill quickly enough.
However, if you're looking to get the win the "hard" way, with the level cap in place - that is going to be much more difficult. Players who are interested in challenging old content are not very common. You might be able to form a party, but be prepared to spend the entire day trying, and quite possibly not succeeding.
