How find empty house

You want to transfer to Balmung? Isn't it locked off? I think SE is prohibiting people from transferring to Balmung because of congestion issues.

Since I really wanted transfer to Balmung so bad, if before StromBlood's day when it open transfer.
If still locked transfer, SE late open transfer. I don't want lost my personal house as if I bought early in Odin.

Would before Balmung open transfer. I save gil when buy Balmung's shirogane.

If SE don't let me transfer to Balmung. I gonna be very sadly

Balmung will not be unlocked for quite some time. You also can't take your house with you if you transfer to another server. If you're determined to go to Balmung when it finally opens, you should not buy a house on your current server. But it's also highly unlikely you'll be able to get a house on Balmung either.

You can get a house on balmung if you check the aether in all three cities on the hour, every hour. I've never seen any medium/large but smalls have popped up here and there.

That is not the only thing they are cut throat on. I looked at my world dungeon blacklist and over 90% of the people are from Balmung lol.

Balmung is closed for all foreseeable future, until either people stop playing, or people start moving off the server. So it's a bigger chance that your friend has to move to Odin.
