I saw a picture of the mount window description and stuff, I don't think it's actually in game yet though. Certainly nothing on Lodestone as far as I can see.

It's a prize from the fete boxes in ishgard. The cruisechaser identification key.

i kinda feel like i need conformation on that, because i don't see anything plastered on twitter of peeps showing it off. or anyone mentioning it in shout chat during Fêtes

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it is not a drop from those. Heck, it's not even listed on the Lodestone in the database. If I were to guess maybe a Bozja reward from the next area, which isn't out yet.

What about the obvious solution - we have a new Feast Season and they had various magitek things as rewards for Feast in the past.

That's the least exciting theory. But yes, also possible.

Is it definitely confirmed though? Not just someone's hopeful mockup of a screenshot?

Far as I'm aware it's ignition key came in with the rest of the stuff from 5.5, I'm just hoping it's not Feast, while I'm not against PvP getting stuff, it gives me a reason to dabble in it, I hate the way they do the Feasts, I already find it the worst to do and then tying everything to "Top 100 limited season! get it before it's gone forever!" that either get's win traded or you end up having to go at it like a rabid dog because you never know when the ques will just collapse rendering you unable to even try for it. 100 Frontline/Rival Wing's sucks, but at least you can chip away at it at your own leisure and it's not going anywhere. I also hate the choices, most all the mounts they give to it are highly requested PVE mounts, just stuffed in there, I'd stomach it better if they were made up mounts exclusively for the feast.

rewards already confirmed to be a recolor of season 18 set
its probably in the new bozja zone or MGP

For what it's worth the mount is untradable, so it's unlikely to be a random drop in Bozja like the other mounts have been. So it could be a reward for doing the new 24 man, or possibly from MGP.
