Scared for Doma

I wonder if the flooding could be a defense mechanism of sorts for Doma proper?

This renders footsoldiers useless and the only way to enter will be via ships/boats that can be shot down with magitek and those cannon.

Might explain why we see Hien and co. using those flying mounts.

And here I am just getting through the 2.x content and I've just heard about how Doma was burned to the ground. Bit awkward for me to be looking forward to traveling after that. =P

I payed 200$ for the collectors addiction, along with day one shipping. I can be afraid of what I want. I'm worried that Doma might not make it in as an intact city. That's a legit concern from a paying customer, who's been told that they'd get to "liberate Doma".

You've never been told that you'll get to liberate (or even visit) Doma as a specific city. You'll liberate Doma as a nation. We already have a city, and that is Kugane.
