This year's Little Ladies gear isn't available at the calamity salvager?

Same thing with me. I thought maybe they don't release in the Calamity Salvager until the next year's event so I gave up on it. I don't remember how long other events took.

I don't recall previous events having any delay, in fact even the scion outfit added with the last MSQ was available as soon as you got the relevant achievement.

Good to hear that those aren't just going to the mog station, since that would feel like a punch in the face for already paying for phantasia, as well as it feels unmorally in generally.

I've been wondering why I have only got dye twice since about 2.5.
