Except that there are people who already played with the new jobs on a dev build and were thoroughly unimpressed with WHM.

Not thatthings don't look dire for the whm but info is weeks old. Things can and do change. Wouldn't expect an overhaul though only balance adjustments which could easily happen to astrologian too. Maybe bring it down out of the rafters.
