As former cross-class actions, the right to add more actions is earned by leveling. It seems we gain them at lv. 12, 20, 32, 40 and 48. Also, it seems it is possible to put in the first slot (lv. 12) an action earned way later (not unlike SCH and AST putting now Stoneskin in their first cross-class skill at lv. 10 when WHM must wait lv. 34 to use it).

Not really sure I like the WHM changes at all. I liked it because it felt like a Holy priest from WoW, but now it seems like it may as well be the combat version of FSH with all of the fishing for procs it's going to need to do.

Arg good catch, trying not to duplicate stuff but I've spent more time making the list than watching stuff @_@. Nothing against anyone's website, which is why I choose to try and alphabetize people within the given category (to not bias).. but I'd rather not have a bunch of duplicates to the same exact content (as much as reasonably possible) lol.

Edit: Watching stuff now, lol @ Divine Magic Mastery [Trait] for PLD. Cannot be interrupted (via damage) and halves all mp costs. Wonder if the MP cost displayed is the halved value or not, like the 1440 at level 70 is half, or is it half of what is displayed? If it's half of the displayed value then PLD can cast for days now xD.

Tooltips are all not final. Yoshi was very careful to mention that, and stressed it multiple times, saying that people shouldn't go by them. That said, I did notice that running out of mana was not an issue, and I'm normally quite flash-heavy, which does give me some mana issues in heavensward. Didn't run into it nearly as much while running the dungeon in Stormblood.

The mana burning mechanic on Paladin looks interesting, glad we can't get interrupted with that mechanic - it might be a bit frustrating to get them out when the boss is dropping AoEs on you though, would be nice if it was a bit more potency to compensate.. Although I haven't done the math to see how different PLD will be from the other two tanks, so maybe meaningless (but atm see the other two tanks being able to carry their damage more reliably by rotating around the boss and not stopping combos/skills while moving).
